| MegaSkills Classroom Behavior Management

MegaSkills Classroom Behavior Kit converts ordinary tasks into character-building activities that benefit individual student performance and improve the harmony and discipline of the classroom.
Each of the eleven MegaSkills – caring, common sense, confidence, effort, focus, initiative, motivation, perseverance, problem solving, responsibility and team work – is the subject of a poster, which features a child putting that skill or character trait into practice. The accompanying instructor’s guide elaborates on the concept contained in each poster, and suggests how to incorporate the MegaSkills into normal classroom activities.
As students demonstrate their ability to use one of the newly learned skills, they are awarded stickers, which are placed beside their names on a large, colorful wall chart. Each student is expected to acquire all eleven stickers in the course of the eleven-week MegaSkills program.
