This pamphlet builds self-confidence and teaches what to do and say to refuse offers to use drug, have sex or participate in criminal activity. Students are given suggestions on how to say no while remaining friends. Some of the suggestions included -- talk about something else, turn the tables, use humor, watch what is going on around you, ask for help if needed and think of something better to do.
