In Donnie Dinosaur’s Life Skill Curriculum, Donnie and his friends sing lovable songs and use bright colors to keep young children's attention while presenting important lessons that are sure to stay with them for a long time.

Donnie's videos teach children in a lighthearted fun manner so they can relate and remember what they have learned. In Donnie Dinosaur’s Tobacco Trouble Video young people learn how dangerous the drug nicotine can be to a person’s body. They learn about all forms of tobacco, how to say no and how it can affect even those people who do not smoke.

The dangerous affects of alcohol are taught to young children in Donnie Dinosaur’s Alcohol Is Bad News Video. Students discover what beverages contain alcohol. They also learn that this substance is illegal for young people to purchase and consume. Alcohol is shown as a harmful substance to a person’s mind and body and potentially to those around them.

In the life skills package Donnie presents two character education videos, I'm Proud To Be Me and Let’s Work It Out. These two videos help young people observe their own self-esteem and learn how to compromise and get along well with others. Young people learn that feelings are never wrong but they should always be discussed openly so that conflicts can be resolved without violence. All of Donnie’s videos use fun songs that children love to sing along with. Repetition is a large portion of the learning process in this package, to help children retain and utilize the facts they learn.

Even when they leave the program Donnie is always with them through various support material, including posters and stickers. Donnie's message is sure to be remembered!
