The materials in this series are centered on the misadventures of two, adorable dogs named Wags and Freckles, and their sober-minded friend, Spot.

The package represents important anti-alcohol messages for very young children. They learn what alcohol is, what substances contain alcohol, and what it does to a person’s mind and body. In the video, animations are used to illustrate the importance of staying away from alcohol. Children learn that alcohol can make even very responsible people act in ways they do not normally act. The consequences of drinking are also depicted, including health related issues such as nausea.

Activity Books give further information on the dangers of alcohol consumption while using the same format and characters from the video. The curriculum guide offers suggestions for further discussion and activities that can be conducted with the children so they are sure to understand the information. The three canine chums demonstrate the dangers of drinking alcohol for young children, and offer positive reinforcement for saying "no" with stickers, certificates and pledge cards.
