The complete Character University Package addresses character development in three critical areas. Respect, Responsibility, and Bullying teach young people the skills required to solve problems typically encountered by middle school students.

Each program - Respect, Responsibility and Bullying - includes a video, workbooks and a teacher’s guide. In Respect, students learn to show respect to others, to have self-respect, and to be sensitive to others' feelings.

In Responsibility, students learn to accept responsibility, to organize, and to plan ahead as preconditions to gaining more personal freedom.

In Bullying, students gain insight into bullying and learn strategies for handling teasing or harassment. Bullying is shown in two forms, verbal and physical.

The videos are reinforced by workbooks that encourage students to develop their own approaches to dealing with each of the three dramatized problems.

The accompanying teacher’s guide gives educators topics that encourage further discussions of the topics.
