Bullying is a complex process involving the bully, the intended victim, the bystanders, and the climate in which it takes place. "Bully Busters" teaches students how to take a non-violent stand against bullying.

Players pick "Situation" cards and must use verbal skills to advise other in order to prevent bullying. Placing students in embarrassing or defensive roles is intentionally avoided.
