Plan Your Career is a career exploration video that helps the viewer assess their own likes and abilities to find a career that works for them.

A part of the Employability Skills Series. This videotape helps viewers relate their personal skills and interests to future careers. A walk through of the complete career planning process, including researching career fields, finding mentors and applying to academic institutions and training programs. The video gives helpful hints on choosing a career.

Narrators speak on how to discover what it is you would be good at, enjoy, and be able to live out the lifestyle that you wish to have. The narrators show the viewer how to keep a notebook of their findings and how to go about learning more information on the career they choose. They are taught to talk to people already in the field they choose to find out first hand information. Also the viewers learn the importance of knowing what schooling and experience they will need in order to get into their career.
