Developed by Dr. Dorothy Rich, the MegaSkills program uses ordinary tasks as learning activities to assist students in the acquisition of behavior skills as a benefit to themselves and their classroom.

Students and teachers form a common language based on the concepts of caring, common sense, confidence, effort, focus, initiative, motivation, perseverance, problem solving, responsibility and team work. Each character trait is presented on a separate full-color poster with a brief description of its meaning.

The Instructor's Guide helps educators plan and implement creative behavior altering activities into their daily curricula. A suggested 11-week program, outlined in the instructor’s guide, encourages children to utilize a different MegaSkill each week. Stickers and progress charts keep the students on track toward reaching their MegaSkills goals.
